I always try to offer DIY solutions as an alternative to hiring us to build something customized. It’s educational to know that there is an easy, free way to do what you want to do, but also, it helps to understand what it takes and costs to make something that matches your unique vision/design.
When deciding on what type of form you would need, there are 2 basic alternatives – one is free and for the other you would have to hire one of our geeks to custom code it:
1. A Google Docs form (limited in formatting and options) EXAMPLE:
